Therapeutic massage & postural work
A session shaped around your areas of tension, movement goals, and comfort. Tell your therapist what you would like addressed, whether that is your neck, shoulders, back, or another area.
Deep tissue massage
Focused work using pressure adjusted to your comfort. Communicate throughout your session; deeper work should still feel manageable for you.
Sports massage
A movement-focused approach that may incorporate stretching and work on areas affected by exercise or sport. Your therapist tailors the session to your activity and goals.
Lymphatic massage
A gentle service offered following an individual suitability discussion. For recent surgery, discuss your procedure and any required clearance before scheduling. Proposed rate: $80 for 60 minutes, pending final confirmation.
